Amy has been involved in the fitness industry for more than fifteen years and has over three years of instructional experience. Amy designs and administers group and individual Personal Training programs. Her approach with her clients is to focus on all aspects of physical fitness including strength training, cardiovascular training, flexibility, and nutrition.
 
     
Amy is continuously adding to her repertoire. The fitness industry is ever-changing. New techniques and guidelines are being developed. Amy believes in always learning something new. Her goal is to bring the best of the fitness world to her clients, tailoring tools and techniques to fit each individual. Every client is unique and deserves to have a program specifically designed for them. These programs follow ACSM guidelines with an emphasis on injury prevention while guiding the client to make the changes in their daily life that will let them achieve the results they seek.
