Every instrument needs to be tuned so that it sounds good and doesn't suffer damage when played. Our main instrument is the body. It is worth tuning to turn excessive effort into useful energy. The new body feeling transforms the mental and emotional state and works wonders on our relationship with others (students, employees, colleagues, family...). How I use the Alexander Technique as a tuning key, we practice on concrete examples from everyday life. The weekend course is aimed at teachers, voice professionals, musicians, movement teachers, therapists and all people who want to learn to work pain-free and at peace with themselves.
