Musicians tune their instruments before playing. Anyone who sings or speaks should also tune their instrument - their own body. An instrument that also works with air, resonant chambers and strings (vocal cords).
The method of the actor FM Alexander (1869-1955) creates the conditions for a natural tone, free from excessive tension and rich in expressive nuances. The method gives the key to tune yourself.
